If i reset my phone will it reset the security password and its nokia account? because the previous owner of this phone made a nokia account and i cant log in it because i dont know the password and also i want to put a security code but i cant also because of the previous owner put one and i dont know what it is , i want to know if there are solutions for this because i cant download anything and i cant put a code in my phone if there is a solution for this i would like to create a new account pls help

you can try, but from memory it doesn't reset the password and all of that, even with a Restore to factory settings. you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care for them to reset the phone, but obviously you need proof of ownership for them to do this.

Most probably you will have to visit Nokia Care ..unless you have the contact of the Previous owner who can provide you with the details ...
