have you checked if there are any firmware updates available for your device via Nokia Suite? if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. Failing that, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.
You should also save any photos/videos/music to your memory card, or if you don't have one, then invest in one as your device does support microSD memory cards.

did u go to a "repair shop" or an actual Nokia Care location? my advice is to actually take your phone to your nearest Nokia Care and get them to address the issues that you are having: http://nokia.com/support

have you checked via Nokia Suite on PC if there are any firmware updates for your device? if there are any, please update to the latest version offered. failing that, you can try performing a Restore to factory settings, but if that doesn't work either, then you will need to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection: http://nokia.com/support

Look mate, please calm down, understandably you are upset i know.
there is honestly nothing you can do except liaise with your Nokia Care as to what your options are. if your phone is permanently damaged, then you will have to buy a new one. i'm sorry to hear your situation, but there is nothing more that we can do for you here.
