Re: Nokia 6300 camera problem (unable to save file

Is it a good quality branded card or a cheap clone card?

Cheap cards, especially the rubbish found on ebay don't always work properly.

Is the phone accessing the card?

If you store some files on it using a pc can you see these files on the phone?

Also have you formatted the card in the phone?

Yes man

check your phone memory

It has been fulled most probably by your Received files via Bluetooth

delete some of them as the phone cannot do any operation with this low memory in PHONE MEMORY
at least leave 1 MB for example
