All of a sudden, Ovi Suite only shows my photos as "grayed out" icons rather than the thumbnail.

Not sure what has happened. Anyone see this? Better yet, anyone have a fix?

Me too Thumbnails are mysteriously generic (i.e.., no actual thumbnail picture.)

I think it start right after I did the last suit update, but not certain.

Could it be a permissions issue?

p.s. - I am interested in finding the v21 firmware for my N97 (Telcel Mexico.) If anyone knows please help.

HAHAHAH LOL

I used the Installation repair (started from Windows 7 uninstall programs in the control panels,) and now the Album Art is gone as well as the thumbnails for my photos.

I am currently downloading the full installer. I'll uninstall and reinstall and see what happens.

p.s. - This problem is with Ovi 2.1.1.1, Windows 7 home (licensed), N97

I Fixed It!!!

Using the technique found here: /t5/Pictures-and-Videos/n97-problems-deleting-photos/td-p/630245;jsessionid=DA7FF9F0CE997740AC8F94C6...

Used for rebuilding the thumbnail cache on the phone.

The Album Art came back too.

Hope this helps someone.
