auto conversion of mp4 videos to wmv in nokia 5800 xpressmusic via pc suite

In my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic till last month when i was transfering any mp4 video file , my pc suite automatically converted them into supported format ie; WMV.
But now files r not being transferred...
Plz help me :smileyhappy:

Hey Saiyanlegend7,

 

Welcome to the Nokia Forums!

When transferring files are you seeing any error messages appear during installation? Could you please try and reinstall your PC suite and if it still does not work, please continue to attempt a soft reset using *#7780# security code by default is 12345 if prompted. This will not delete any of your data, however it will restore your device setting. I suggest creating a backup on Nokia Suite before hand though.

 

Hopefully your device will be able to properly transfer video files across to your PC after following these steps.

re-install nokia suit on your pc and connect your phone in suit mode. This will help you.

I met the similar problem when i compress a DVD to MP4 on Mac, and upload it to my Nokia 5800 xpressmusic.
