Have you checked if there is a firmware update available for your phone via Nokia Suite? If there is, please update to the latest version offered. If this doesn't work, then Restore your phone to factory settings, and if that STILL doesn't work, then you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care point for them to inspect.
