Please make sure you have the latest software installed. If you have, please follow these steps:
1). Open Menu
2). Settings
3). Configuration Settings
4). Personal Configuration Settings
5). Options
6). Add New
7). Select streaming from the list leave the default account name as "my streaming" and just leave the default UDP ports
8). just check the setting "use preferred access point" is Yes and go back
Note: using a different APN than preconfigured by your operator may result in high costs if not covered by your data plan. If in doubt, check your contract details with your operator before manually activating new APN settings!
