how am i going to update my 5800 firmware?

Key *#0000# into your phone's home screen.
Select Options > Check for updates.
Follow the on-screen prompts until your update is complete!

i did that steps but i end up with

"connection error"

but i have load balance?

i dont have any USB for my phone

how am i going to update my 5800
