Nokia just updated the firmware update for Asha 303 which is v 14.60 now my question is would I also get the features of last update (14.38) if I update on v.14.60?

my asha 303 already installed software version 14.60..when i'm connected thru wi-fi, my web browser even my mail and chat application does not working.. is there any problem in the new version?? please help me..
