I tried this.  Same problem--didn't help, though I was able to update the driver as you described.  I have an E7-00

I have the same exact issue with E7-00.  I had the same problem with the Anna 25.008 update.  But solved it by doing the update from the phone itself.  Can't do that will Belle. 

I am VERY happy with the 25.008.  It's rock solid compared to the original 14.xxx load.  Dieing to see if Belle is the quantum leap it appears to be. 

I also tried a soft reset based on my previous experiences.  It didn't help.

Have a try XP on desktop PC with motherboard's USB sockets , it should help...

I've had less than week experience with Anna and can't say how much better is Belle.But first I've noticed  is less freezing menu. I remember in Anna if I install many applications-in some point screen froze while I scrolled down.  No is much better!  Another good things - notifications on the scree saver and fast access to all networks on/off buttons?like in android. Unfortunatelly no fast switcher key for language still... But, anyway, I was difficult to decide which phone to take next -iphone 4 or Nokia E7  and chosen the last one... for nice keyboard,screen size and heavy-solid  nice shape ( and tired of using iTunes...)

My C7 is unable to load Belle & is giving wrong message of Low disc space in  drive H.  

But I do not have H drive & there is plenty of space, above 5 Gb in all partitions!!

I tried changing the default back up location from C to D, but no success.

Message box screen shot is attached for reference.

I'm nor sure, but may be your computer belongs to domain network and disk H://  is  your network's disk and even it might be hidden. It may  store your profile and has limit space (quota assigned by sysadmin) and I suppose Nokia suite may store all your files in your user's profile. If this a case, just try to run Nokia suite  locally (do not join in Domain)

Thanks for your advice, totally worked for me. I just copied the file following the link you gave to a different computer and the whole thing just worked like magic.

I found a solution for my N8 update...

Before i was using 3.0 USB Port, now i change to 2.0 USB Port.

Finally,

It WORKS!!!

Hi, I can't upgrade my c7 anna to belle. it says "There seems to be a problem with connecting to the service. Make sure that your firewall and virus protection settings are correct. Also, make sure that the menu option for working offline is not selected in Internet Explorer. If you still cannot connect, the service maybe unavailable. Please try again later". Can you help me fix this I'm using windows 7. Your quick response is highly appreciated. Thanks and Best

Could you try the latest beta version Nokia Suite 3.4. You can download and install latest beta version of  Nokia Suite from here ...

To download the installer, you need to log-in with the SAME credentials that you use on this Forum..

Hello guys ,

i've been facing belle update error cant update through pc tried everything went to nothing

Till today do the following :

connect your usb and mobile 

open your pc suite 

updates and update your suite to the latest update 

then do it over again on the new nokia suit 

try to update belle 

and please let me know if it worked out because it worked out just fine now and the update completed )

I had an E7-00 phone with Anna (which I loved).

I used the latest Nokia Suite 3.6.36 on Windows 7 Professional. For me the solution was the following:

- run the Nokia Suite as an Administrator

- disable Windows firewall

- changed the USB port on my Lenovo ThinkPad T430s to a different USB port

That together worked for me.

After this I've got Belle on my phone. I am a little bit disappointed with it, but lets try it for a longer time. Maybe I have to get used to it.
