Can't get 7.8 update on Lumia 710 in UK

I've had an email from Nokia saying I can update but my phone hasn't notified me and I've tried connecting it to my computer with Zune and it says I'm up to date.

more 80% user in my country "Bangladesh" are using Nokia mobile set but nokia did not insert yet Bangladesh on theire map software..
