I purchased mine in Canada via Expansys.ca, it came with a UK power adapter.

why Nokia can't give a clear answer?

Bought mine in the Netherlands however it did come with a different adapter than it should have had in the box (different type number) so they probably switched the UK one for a EU one...

I too own an E6-00 with product code 059H6F1. It's been stuck on the V21 firmware since I got it.
It was bought from direct from Amazon UK (i.e. not from a marketplace seller). Despite experiencing serious bugs with the phone, I've waited quietly for months for Nokia to get their act together and release the announced software updates as I very much like the hardware, however my patience is now almost exhausted.
I'd been stung in the past by slow software updates on a carrier locked phone and I honestly thought that buying sim-free and unlocked would avoid such issues. Now it appears that Nokia are going to continue to ignore my phone with the heavily promoted symbian belle release whilst every single other sim-free variant gets the update. Nokia, what have UK consumers done to deserve such shoddy treatment?
This experience has really left me disillusioned and disappointed in Nokia. I've only ever bought Nokia phones since 1991 but I think my next handset will probably have an apple on it.

I think that your discussion about country where you bought the cell phone is irrelevant (bought my E6 in Croatia), if Belle will be enabled for 059H6F1 everyone will get the update no matter where they are...
And one more thing, I don't know why no one of you received updates on Anna, because because I have updated SW 025.007 (over SW update app) bug free ![]()

I'm not convinced that Nokia Support/Care actually read these forums. These pages are more for users to self-help and discuss issues.
If you really want to make Nokia aware of your frustrations it's best to use the Email from their 'Contact Us' links:
see GB page here http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/support/contact/
or use http://europe.nokia.com/support/contact-us for other locations
This is what (some) others have been doing on this 059H6F1 subject thread
I think we have to be patient and/or move to another device. Personally I'm begining to favour the later; the E6-00 was always likley to be my last Nokia following their move from Symbian to WindowsPhone ![]()

059H6F1 is now listed in the Nokia Belle availabilty checker (under UK and in error for the C6
) http://europe.nokia.com/find-products/nokia-belle-
So while I'm not at all impressed that Nokia as a corporation seems to either have been oblivious or simply forgot they ever made our E6 and that months of us raising the issue, either on this forum or through customer care got us absolutely no where, I'm now pretty confident that things are now on track.
I wonder if I'll still be that optimistic if we are still waiting in July ![]()

Well that is some progress, a good result for all the E6-00 (059H6F1) users! ![]()
The question now is just how long will it take? And as for Mac support ... I think we have no chance

well I know that I will not wait too long,
I think that Android is calling me ![]()

How's the resale value of E6?
2012-02-17 9:55 - edited 2012-02-17 9:56
By the comments from E6 owners that have now got Belle, you could almost say the resale value of an E6 without Belle and still on Anna would be higher.
It's ironic, after all the fuss and complaint about not having updates, the more I read from others about how totally unsuitable the Belle interface is for the E6, I am increasingly reluctant to go ahead and update when Belle finally is made available for 059H6F1.
