Same problem. Even I know that my security code is 12345, doesnt work. I've tried 123456, 12345, 1234, 000000, 00000, 0000, nokia/... Nothing!!!

Did NOKIA SUPPORT know about this update bug or what?

Now I upgrade my E63 to version 510.21.010 and the same problem is back ..
I've fix this problem two years ago on earlier version but now this trick can't fix my E63 any more ..

I have the same problem.

Nokia E63 - updated to 500.21.009

After update start to ask for Lock Code.

Hold the Grey Key nothing happen.

12345, 00000, didn't work as well.

What can I do?

like Nokia didn't help me I found a solution by myself.

It was clean and easy.

my nokia e63 lock code broblem after updete

I have the PUK code issues, at first I can't enter my pin code, but I enter it properly. And I don't know my PUK Code. So, I tried over and over, and I get the same result. Nothing. I don't change the pin, I don't know my E63 series. All that I know that it's an ESeries. What should I do? Thanks.
