Firmware 60.0.003 still not available in USA?

It's been couple of months now since the release of 60.0.003 - It's stiil not available to my phone, neither OTA nor via  Nokia Suite - still says my verison of 51.2.007 is the latest!

 

Maybe it'll never be available to US users?

Seems Nokia 5800xm .. BTW there are many users in India too waiting for this..though a few already got it in the Region...
