Depending on your product code, the V. 11 update for your 5800 just might be available now coz i just finished mine!
And this is waaaaaaaaayyyy faster than NSU (Nokia Software Update). Its like 300x faster.
It is so easy to do, just goto menu/settings/phone/phone mgmt/device updates then select options and check for updates!
and just follow the instructions, mine was finished in just about 5 min or so!

My 5800 picks up the OTA firmware upgarde V11
Downloads it in about 10 secs
tells me phone is shutting down to install
Screen goes white and install appears but then phone reboots giving message when it reboots of
phone not compatable with package
if i do it through nokia NUS then it doesnt pick any updates up
Any ideas anyone

Yes, you can. Connect via Settings>Connectivity>Wireless LAN and check for updates
