I was trying to update my phone using nokia care suite but during flash it showed an error and now it is stuck on FLASH MODE i don't know what to do please help me

Unfortunately you have tried to circumvent the update process by using unauthorised software rather than wait for Zune notification and we can't discuss such upon this manufacturer's sponsored forum.

so there is no way i can restore my phone
