Help! While updating my nokia 2700c, there occured some problem and the screen went blank.Now it has no os and the software updater dosent recorgonises my phone.What should i do??

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have had in trying to update your device. The best thing I can suggest in this situation is to visit your local Nokia care point where they can inspect the device.

Have you tried a 3 finger hard reset? with the phone off try holding "Green", number "3" & the Star "*" button and then whilst still holding these power the phone on.

Keep the 3 buttons pressed until (hopefully) you should see the Nokia start-up screen.
