The Nokia 6300 does not support updating the firmware over-the-air, therefore the only way that you can do this is by using Nokia Suite on your PC.

to the both of you, both your devices are a couple of years old at the very least (C1-01 and the 6300), so their support periods have ended, thus it is extremely unlikely that you will see any more firmware updates for your devices.

have you checked via Nokia Suite on PC that you have the latest firmware version installed on your phone? you can also try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite, or if that doesn't work, then Restoring your phone to factory settings. can't remember if its compatible with your device, but you can also try Nokia Xpress Browser, from http://download.browser.ovi.com or Opera Mini: http://m.opera.com

i've got a nokia c3-00 and in SW upate otions in phone it says 'no SU update provider'... And yes i have a full internet connection (an APN) ...help
