Every day for the last 3-4 weeks I have been checking Zune for the 7.8 update. I still have not received it. I am using a Lumia 800 running Firmware 1750.0805.8773.12220. My provider is TalkMobile which is available, according to the Windows Phone website. I have tried the 'force update' method, but that doesn't seem to work. My Mum received the update about 3 weeks ago on her Lumia 710 on EE. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem or is it something I just need to wait for? Do Carphone Warehouse have to verify the update or something before I can receive it?
