i bought a new nokia n 97 from US

type:RM-553

I need software has arabic Language

Language packs can only be installed by Nokia Care Points.

 

You can find your nearest Nokia Care Point at:

Elsewhere:
http://www.nokia.com select your country, go to the support section, then select repair.

Installing a language pack is not something a user can do on there own

you will need to go to a nokia care point and pay for them to install a language pack

you will loose the language pack in any future firmware updates,
