Install JAR on E63

Please tell me what is the best place to install JAR files in my E63, I need them to download  apps from Ovi, the download itself does not work, I get a message saying for example ¨tracesaver JAR application is not installed. Install JAR application first¨ ,

 do I need the anser.jad and anser.jar. files? where can I get them from? and how do I send them to my mobile?
