Nobody can tell for sure... As of now, the info is belle won't be out until Q1 2012, which means atleast January 2012 at the earliest. But one just cannot say anything for sure.

There have been lots of complaints regarding belle... But updates and fixes can be be expected as Nokia has talked about releasing them. Check this out...

how come i still can't update my phone to symbian belle?! i've tried using nokia suite or even the SW update on my phone but still symbian belle is not available..

Maybe you are using one of those SWAP product codes. You will need to visit your nearest NOKIA CARE to belle on your phone.
