I have the productcode 059C856 and no update yet. Earlier I have got the updates right away; don't know why it is so late this time.

Hi Junta,
Your blue N8 is a North America US variant and the update 111.40.1511 has not been rolled out yet for North America US variants. The statements on local/country websites of Nokia, that the latest firmware version for your phone is 111.40.1511, do not mean, that this update has been rolled out. I consider this kind of statements oversimplified. It will give the reader the wrong idea, that the update is already there. It is mere a possibility, but not a 100 percent guarantee.

Just reposting this, Is there any news regarding the Belle Refresh updates for any US variants if any? Did they release it yet its been like 2 months since i ask this for my 059D111 N8 US Unlock Variant. An update answer would be nice.

i contacted Nokia and got another generic reply. They only say it is up to the operators to make the update available and that non-branded phones get the firmware first. Both of my devices ARE non-branded and yet the Belle Refresh update is still unavailable here. It would be nice to have the option, when contacting Nokia, to speak with someone who actually knows about the subject you contacted them to sort. However, it is always an obvious automatic response and if you ask more questions, you just get a repeated reply.
i am starting to understand why Nokia is in such trouble.
