capairis I think you should take it to a nokia care and get it repaired this is not the phones fault I wouldnt change brands just yet it sounds like it was your fault anyway

Yes I got the same problem. before I choose N73 I asked the seller is this phone has mandarin / chinese simplify letter ? he said yes. but after opened the case found out there is no chinese character available in the software so he would suggest to upgrade it or so called down load it. 15 minutes later I saw my can now read and type the chinese characters so glad and went home. it happened again and again. disconnect or power just cut off.!!!!

have to restart again. please please help me
can my phone repaired ? or need to re load again ?

yes it will be repaired
go to local reparer and tell him to flash it to any available version !

Next time donot update your n73 online , just download that new version flash file and then by connecting your n73 you can update directly withoue ne problems...

i have installed firmware of normal n73 in my n73ME
my music key is now converted into key functioning like normal n73

I can't do anything with my USB cable because the place in my phone (N73) for the cable is somehow corrupt. And when i try to update, or do anything with it, the cable disconnects. I can't update my phone because i don't have connection at all! I use bluetooth to transfer music and videos, but that doesn't help in updating, huh?

i have a problem with my mobile N73M  i was update my phone........... update is fully download and intalling processs going on......... that time my datacable disconnected......... in that time my phone off...........what i do to (on) my phone i try some ways to (on) like change battry and after connect system and restart my updates thier is no use tell me what we have to do and clearly tell step by step becuse i am new for nokia update pls help me..............
