Hi skyee.can you help me please.

my ovi store did't work,so i go to nokia care center,and flash my N8.

the nokia guy said,that hi flash it with generic version of SW(PR1.1)

before flash,my SW was also PR1.1,branded whit 3UK.

Since they flash it in my phone,app/sw update/ther is a update for  PR1.2,but i cant install it.ther is some problems

I'm no technical expert and can't diagnose anything via the forum, so my suggestion would be to go back to the CarePoint as they can directly look at your phone.

@tnitrend What I Am riddle is, how can PR2.0 on one side be on models in USA delivered but is full of problems in europe? it is just another explanation not a solution!

hi Skyee, Thank you for the status. Unfortunately, it just shows, that 059D2S3 Germany CV is still not further supported. How can I switch to the supported 059B5P1 Germany Euro2 product Code ? It is frustrating to have payed the full price but just get half or less support with updates. I wrote to Nokia Germany, no answer, tried to phone somebody, no solution. When will my phone get support ?? Please help if you are able to do.

Hi both,

the file shows only productcodes that are "under work" or finished. If your productcode isn't mentioned, it means our teams are not working on it, ie. the country or respective operator hasn't requested the software.

For your Malaysia case, I can't say anthing: If PR1.2 isn't listed, then the local country hasn't requested it (yet) - and as we released it some time ago already, it's quite likely that they won't be doing it as it was an optional release only anyway.

Hello, What I really miss on my C7 is the Voice of Navigation coming by BLUETOOTH in the CAR Connection. It is soo obvious that this is the Solution, but today the Speaker of the Cellular fight against the Radio. Would it be over Bluetooth, I could listening music AND follow the navigation!!! I hope i is included.

i have sent it to nokia care center. they said its not the software, its the hardware update for the camera as they found nothing wrong on the device.

still, my c7 cameras doesn't work!
