N8 Update

Gone to update my N8 and the update shown is N8-00 Device Software and underneath it says update using PC, because I'm using a Mac the nokia site says update using device. Basicly is there anyway around this?

Have you tried over at Nokia Beta Labs, sign-in with Nokia ID & password?http://betalabs.nokia.com/apps/nokia-software-updater-for-mac

Symbian specialist until 31/01/2013 with interests in Maemo & MeeGo but an aversion to Windows!
