Hello there,

I just bought a new N97 with Arabic support and Arabic keyboard. when I bought it, there were arabic langauge and so many other langaugies available. After I made a software update, I've lost all those langaugesm except Auto, English and one other langauge.

I need some one to assist me restoring those langauges, please.

By the way, I did a factory restore and nothing happend.

Please, I need sulotions.

Common problem, especialy in the midle east

What has happened is that the phone you have bought was originaly intended for another region

Whoever imported it has added the arabic language pack before they sold it on to you

When a firmware update is performed the updater looks at the phones region specific product code and installs the firmware for that region including the language pack, overwriting what was previously there

Your Arabic language support has therfore been deleted from the phone 

The only legitimate way to get it back is to take the phone to a nokia care point and pay to have it re-installed

You will need to visit a Nokia care point, tell them what happened and ask if they could install your lanugage on it again.
