I update my nokia n8 to symbian anna but theres no NFC,but when i update my nokia C7 theres an NFC,how can i get the NFC on my nokia N8?pls help...

The simple answer from what i gather is you can't, Because as far as i have read/seen, The N8 does not have the necessary hardware installed to support NFC, As in, There is no NFC chip inside the N8, So NFC support will never happen on the N8.

Recently I noticed something in my Nokia N8-00, after I downloaded some applications on my PC and then sent them via bluetooth to the N8-00, I pressed and hold menu button to show run applications and I found that. (see the attached picture)

According to my knowledge
Nfc is inbuilt for all s3 devices
But to manage mobile sales Nokia is playing a game
You can observe nfc tone inbuilt in Nokia devices
In c drive system folder

As far as I can see and find there is no NFC in an N8 nor an E7. However the closes thing i can find is a proximity sensor. thats as close as you will get. Here is the full list of spec's according to the developer site.

Hello aijaz, to update your firmware go to Applications-->Tools-->Software update. This is the way. But to which country do you belong? Because software availability depends on country also. Check and reply.

The N8 will on itself never support NFC, as there is no hardware in the device to do that.

See here for an SD card possibility in the future.

I also read here that they're working on NFC simcards!

this are the detail,in my phone ovi store opens but nothing comes after that option comes re try or exit
and sw application shows failed to refresh everytime

If it shows failed to refresh then change your phone date to a future date and then try to check for update. For Ovi store, uninstall it and then go to store.ovi.com from your phone browser it will provide the download option. Download and install this may work. Check and reply.

yes im actually confused,i too saw that nfc icon on my n8,and when you check out the 

accessories available to see the bh505 headset which works on nfc and also the nokia 360 wireless speaker,so is it possible that n8 to wil get nfc,or is it just built in....
