NO INCOMMING CALL WHEN ABROAD

I HAVE AN 6670 I WAS ABLE TO LATCH TO ONE CELL OPERATOR AND THE PHONE JUST DID NOT HAVE THE FOLLOWING
1. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE OUT GOING CALLS NO INCOMMING CALLS
2. WHEN I REPLACE SIM (HUTCH BANGALORE) INTO ANOTHER HANDSET THE FUNCTIONS WERE NORMAL

3 WE TOOK ANOTHER SIM OF AIRTELBANGALORE AND REPALCEIT INOT MY HANDSET IT WAS WORKING NORMALLY INCCOMING CALLS WAS THER ETC

WHAT CAN THE PROBLEM BE

Hello,
This is absolutely Cellular Network issue. Try to register to different one Network.
