NOKIA 3120C PROBLEMS AFTER V9.41 UPDATE

My nokia 3120c have been facing blank screens after my update from v7.16 to v9.41. I have tried reinstalling three times and same problem appears not long after. this phone was a taiwan model (says www.nokia.com.tw on the box). It's hardly a year of purchase and it is acting up. I have used Nokia for a long time and hate to change to another brand (10-year loyalist I am). Can someone plse advise? If there a downgrade to my original firmware setting? Can I press the revert to factory settings? Please advise. Thanks you.

Re: NOKIA 3120C PROBLEMS AFTER V9.41 UPDATE

now you cannot downgrade to a lower firmware version. well the folks at Nokia Care Centre can do this for you, but this is generally not recommended against as it can brick your phone. so the options you have are to take your phone battery out for ten minutes then replace, and see if the problems are resolved. if not, then select the option in the phone Settings to Restore the Phone to Factory Settings. seeing as you have already tried reinstalling the firmware via NSU multiple times, if the two options i detailed do not work, then you have no choice but to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to take a look at.
