is this a legitimate application form nokia or a 3rd party applications?

i bought my nokia c6-01 at nokia center because as i can see it has problem in light ambient sensor and as I used this application i found out that it has faulty sensor(light) but nokia says that it cannot be said by just using that application..

any idea?

Seems to be a Nokia Application as the developers are listed as staff.

AFAIK, only software from Nokia is to be found on betalabs.

May be there are a few like Swype, Foursquare, Mobile Documents, etc.

Betalabs is always software made by Nokia developers.

However keep in mind that most of the software there is in beta stage, and might therefore still have bugs, which could cause issues to your phone, like instability or features not working as they should.

The internet domain that betalabs uses is 'betalabs.nokia.com', which is a subdomain of 'nokia.com'. It's hard to get more legitimate than that!
