Hi, I'm from Brazil and I'm still with the v 10.58 version in my Asha 200. My Nokia Suite doesn't offer me any updates, nor for the software itself or the mobile. Please, I really need some help! Thanks.

For folks facing the "conflicting application" error with Nokia Browser:
The easiest solution would be to get the device refurbished/reflashed at a Care Service point.
The other option you can try is to install e.g. Opera mini or UC browser to your phone (you can do that with Nokia Suite on your PC of via Nokia Store client on your phone, even if Xpress Browser is not working). After that alternative browser is installed, navigate to download.browser.ovi.com through it and try to reinstall the Xpress Browser from there.

the device should support MPEG-4 (=.mp4) video playback, but if audio can't be heard, most likely it was encoded by codec not fully supported by the device. see this post which explains this further: http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Pool-of-Knowledge/

hi,
i have installed this software. But after installing this software i am facing so many problems. My phone is getting struck in the middle of a call. last 2 days onwards its behaving very worst. It is restarting on its own atleast 5-6 times a day..![]()

videos are not playing well.
Given for repair in NOKIA service center. lets see my luck...!
Is there any chance of installing previous version..?
