We have started rolling out a new software update for Asha 306 (RM-767 & RM-768):  v. 5.93. Based on current information this update will be available mostly to users in Middle East, Africa, South East Asia & Pacific regions (including India) and also some users from Latin Americas. The update should be already available via Nokia Suite for many countries on the mentioned regions. FOTA update packages should (hopefully) follow later. You can find the update instructions for your phone from here. 

Key changes compared to previous 3.63/3.81 SW versions:

• Phone software stability improvements
• Improved display brightness and touch screen performance
• Improved phone memory handing
• Correction for the Taipei time zone
• General performance and usability improvements

I'd still like to add: there is a large number of smaller/bigger fixes & improvements included, so I'd recomment this update to all users who are able to get it. For example a manual display brightness control option has been added, which has been a common source of feedback.

Majority of the FOTA update packages for this 5.93 SW update are now finally also available. Regional availability situation remains the same though - Europe and most part of the Latin Americas are not planned to get this update

Is available this updated software for the Italian version?

If I connect my Asha 306 to the Nokia Suite SW, the sw tell me that the v3.81

is the latest phone software available. If i try with FOTA with WiFi, after checking at nokia, start the download

(I stop the download because prefer update through Nokia suite on PC)
