I'm still considering whether to post the whole list of product codes or not... It would be fairly easy to take a "snapshot" of the current situation, keeping the list up to date is another thing. Thanks your for post of a few days ago listing variants which were missing from Nokia Suite but should now get the 5.92 update.  Mine was listed there (059F7G8, UK variant).  However, I still can't update from 3.81 to 3.90 or 5.92: not via Nokia Suite, nor via FOTA (wireless LAN or 3G).  I always get a "no updates available" message.  Should the updates be available yet, or does it take some time for the changes to go live and become available to users?

I checked our (Nokia Suite) update server and I can see that 5.92 SW update is available for the 059F7N1 product code. If you remove the device battery and see what product code (the 7 digit code, starting with 059xxxx) is printed on the device label sticker - is it the same as the code *#0010# gave?

same question for you. Check you device label sticker and let me know if the product code printed there is the same as *#0010# gave.. 

I just double-checked our update server and 5.92 is available there for 059F7G8 product code.

Ha!  Yes, as you suspected the code printed on the label inside the phone is different from the code the phone gives in response to *#0010#.

Hi armagon, the code printed on the sticker label of my 311 is actually different from the *#0010# code that the phone gives.
The sticker label code is 059Q613KT*****

I'm having issues with messages arrangement (the same number create multiple entries and some messages move between numbers for no reason, so I find myself a little lost when trying to read SMS), this problem seems to fix when I restart the cellphone but days later it comes back. Secondly I'm facing problems with youtube streaming via Wi-Fi, connection doesnt seems to work properly. Last but not least, I can't access facebook chat via wireless network, I need to enable data connection in order to use it.

By the way, where or how can I edit/delete my T9 dictionary? I need a hard reset to the dictionary because I got a lot of wrong entries and I need to get ride of them.

I'm trying to update the cellphone via FOTA or Nokia Suite, but both report that I have up-to-date firmware.
Please help asap, because I'm getting really bored and tired about Nokia handsets.
