Just downloaded Nokia Suite 3.6.36 (installed in my Windows 7 Home Premium x86) and firmware v05.92 and still getting the same result as before:

Just updated to 5.2
and I'm happy that it brings some stability. Although not much change in UI, the device runs smooth. No freezing anymore! Yay!

the FOTA update for the new 5.92 SW update should be coming, but true, for this previous 3.90 update no FOTA update was ever published.. the update has been only available via Nokia Suite (and even that had unfortunately some limitations..) We are working on getting the situation improved.

Asha 311 and 3110 are the same device. For some reason (not known to me in detail) the device is just sold in China with the 3110 sales name, and as Asha 311 on other regions. It goes similarly also with e.g. Asha 308 (3080 in China)...

how to update software of asha 311..

i gave to nokia care..they made my phone even worse...

now it keeps on hanging every time i connect to my computer...(no probz..in my comp.. or nokia pc suite)

Updated to v5.92 and just noticed that "cancel" button below the "Select Internet Connection" popup doesn't work. Anyone else having the same issue. Now, you will have to release another update to fix this, just silly developers.
