Well I'm here because I bought a c6-01 a one month ago in USA, I live in Brazil, but until now i can't update my cell to symbian anna, the mobile phone had RM-601 and P.C:059C3P9.I'd like to know what the problem...I just tried upgrate through Nokia Suite and SW update, but always the same thing happened both said NO UPDATE AVAILABLE... please someone help me.

i can't update my X6 ether to v32 nor v40... I am still running v21 and it says no update available...

Looks like the update is available for Canada finally. V25.007 or something. It's about 25MB so I'm assuming it's Anna.

Just finished updating my Rogers Canada Nokia N8 to Anna.
Overall a decent improvement. Phone boots up a lot faster and seems to run faster as well. Only issue is accuweather stopped working but I'm going to uninstall and reinstall and try that.
I have an E7 with product code 059F6L7, which is apparently one of the first that was supposed to get Anna but I have yet to recieve it. I checked in every way I could, reinstalled the software, etc, but no good.

Is there something wrong with my E7 keeping it from updating?
I am just wondering what happened to Nokia people ?? did they disappeared from the stage of this problem or what? this is almost impossible as many people with different phone and different software in many different countries?? I started to have a little disappointment here about that, before ...Nokia used to listen to their customers but ...I really hate to say it.

My next phone will not certainly be a nokia, 059L0P4, the only italian product code without Anna
Is there any way to call a customer care representative's attention to this issue? I had a messaging problem on my N85 and then also on my N8 and since we had a whole thread about it with others having the same issure when I emailed customer care they took it seriously. They couldn't solve it but I was happy they acknowledged it.
