Did Nokia is hibernating or what no answer of this issue sounds like hell and too bad, we did not get used to this **bleep** before, why now and the reasons are unknown or what is the reason exactly and are they working to resolve this issue or just leaving us in the limbo garbage can???

Based here on our system, the product code 059c3p9 has no available update yet for Symbian Anna.
But most probably you will receive the Anna update by the end of this year or the start of the year 2012.
Kindly wait for it because all Nokie C6-01 will receive the Anna update for sure.
I can't understand why that product code appears in the list of current updates on the web. If you search for it in Google, you find it everywhere.
Yes, I understand that the Anna update is already released for the phone. Actually it was released on October this year.
Nokia is making sure that everything will be fine before releasing it to the product codes of the phone so that it will not encounter any issues after the update.
So you are saying that they have released it but not yet pushed it to all phones?
Each product codes have different software or applications that may not work properly or causes the phone not to work properly after the update that is why the updates was not yet release for a certain code.
It is a matter of per batch.
They are going to test it carefully before releasing it to the public.

I have C6-01 US version. Product code 059C3P6. Software 014.002. Still no updates avalible.Tryed suit and phone update too.

Well I emailed nokia and looks like they didn't even bother reading through these threads. I got a response where the person literally told me to try using the software updater. I'm a little angry at how stupid they are assuming we are without even reading what we wrote on this issue. Lol this forum automatically corrected "pis.sed" to "***bleep***". I didn't know that is considered a curse word haha.

Why don't you check my product code 059L0P4 ? I posted it much time ago but you don't answer me, my version is still 014.002, the unique product code in italy without Anna
this is not true mate, both of mine were bought from amazon US and have the same product code (read above), one took the update while the other can't still find it. nokia firmware/software update really sucks. you can easily see why so many folks are fond of iphone now despite having less features and more limitations since the update is so smooth from apple.
according to the servers. the product code 059D0V2 has not been released. Unsure how you would have it on 1 phone but not the other. According to what we see on the servers it is not available as yet, and certainly looks like it might have been missed.
That's realy strange, seems like Nokia pull out Anna updates from servers!
I have similar situation with my son phone. My Nokia was updated to Anna on end of October when all US product code Nokias were updated, now his new N-8 just purchased from Amazon with same product code as my can't be updated to Anna! Called Nokia and spoke with some "genius" who said that our new phone is not ready for update yet and when I mentioned that my old Nokia N-8 with same product code was already updated to Anna he state "that's impossible to have two phones with same product code sir"!? (w&$f@$k!)
I don't know what Nokia is trying to do with that maess of Nokia upgrade now but I think we should warn all Amazon costumers who won to purchase new N8 that they can got stuck with old software.

The Anna update appeared when I checked today for C6-01 059c3p9. Two parts were downloaded and installed. After the reboot, another software update was installed. My phone is now at 025.008. The update appeared in the afternoon EST. I checked before noon and there was no update yet.

I had Anna ages ago.. Ive been using Belle for awhile now on E7.. Its a lot bigger improvement.. (CFW)
There are some really cool apps for Belle. Like "Nokia Car Mode"
