Hi,

I just bought a pair of Nokia 113s, and the software says it is V 3.09 on both phones.

Nokia's web page suggests that it should be 3.32, and is available FOTA.

I have tried PC suite and that asks for a USB connection, and I cannot see how a USB can be used. It does however tell me that no new software is available when conneted by Bluetooth.

FOTA appears to connect to Nokia's web site even though I don't have internet access enabled on my SIM,  but tells me no new software is available.

Is there another way to update these phones?

It sems to be a bit hit and miss and Nokia's web pages are not much help!

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The latest version is 3.32 butthat doesn't mean it's made avaialble to all handsets at the same time. Some factors need to be taken into consideration for software availability such as, country/region and carrier approval.

 If your handset was supplied by a network then it will be up to your network to approve the update. Similarly, if it's an unbranded handset you will need to wait for your local Nokia care for approval.
