I am so sorry Nokia users, they got cheaper phones, without normal interface, without normal pre-tested updates nokia users it's  like free QA - employers, working for Nokia for free to test their phones and firmware by own expense.....

Despite all the bugs this is a fine phone, for it's price range.

The only thing missing is kinetic, present in all other s60v5 devices, and many other non-nokia models, from old to new, cheap to expensive.

It's like having a good tv set without remote control

Think about this : Nokia 5800 is a cheap phone, but in the same time is very good phone. I know you not want update the FW because in this way the 5800 became more similar to N97; but you forget something, 5800 users is totally bored and disappointed about all of this and for this reason a lot of users change brand, and the N97 is not a good phone for the price (personally I prefer an Iphone).

So...if you do not release the new firmware, YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!!

i will never choose NOKIA, if the new firmware version won't relase in a few days. it is very stupid situation to search a contact in phonebook. if NOKIA is the best mobile phone brand then you must relase the new firmware. customers are very angry and crying for the new firmware.

you have not permission to waiting us.we are the customers and we paid you. don't forget this.

apple relases new firmware once in two months and adds new features. we didn't get any new features from the updated firmwares.

i suggest everyone. at least apple gives value to cusomers unlike nokia.
