Whenever I make or receive calls, I cannot hear from the handset earpiece speaker. I would have to switch on the loudspeaker in order to hear the caller on the other side.
Is it related to any software problem in the phone? I have bought the phone about 15 days back and it is really frustrating for this to happen with a new phone and that too Nokia.
Have you checked if there is a firmware update available for your Asha 200? You can do this by checking through Nokia Suite on your PC, or through the device itself. Install these updates if there are any available, as they improve the functionality and stability of the phone. If no updates are presented to you, please backup your data and restore your phone to factory settings (this option is in the Settings menu of the phone).
If the problem persists, I would recommend visiting your local Nokia Care centre where they will be able to assist you further. Hope this helps.
