It's been five months... any word on when the Nokia E7-00 (059F6L7) will be updated?
The OS update isn't the only PROBLEM...just check my history of msgs to these forums.
This model is unbranded, unsubsidized through Amazon.com with the understanding that it would receive updates before other other other variants.
Is Nokia scared its MASSIVE (sarcastically) number of worldwide users will clog the servers all at once? Hello, it's been almost FIVE MONTHS!
I WAS a loyal Nokia client for many years (2190, 5230, C7, E7), I kept coming back over the years because i didn't research what the competition had available.
The Nokia brand has left a bad taste in my mouth for many support and bug related issues. But mainly the apparent attitude it has towards its own clients.
It is clear to me I must NEVER consider another product (of any kind) from Nokia again, nor would i recommend Nokia to anybody.
Shocking is what I would consider Nokia's absense of understanding that keeping customers is far more prifitable than attracting new customers.
Anyways, i've been derailed form my initial question with my gripe... so, Nokia, when is the Belle Refresh going to be made available for the E7-00 (059F6L7)?

Your question would be better placed with Nokia USA rather than this user to user support forum. Nobody here will be able to tell you if or when the refresh update will be released for your handset.

hi, i had downloaded ur latest verson of nokia app,games,ect,ect.
But after it naw ph doesnot showes nokia store it dosent go after LAUNCH.
Pls solve my handset problem .

I have contacting them regularly since the update was released and haven't heard a straight answer yet. What do we do now?

FYI, this isn't Belle Refresh, but the new Social App is available for the US Variants that haven't received Belle Refresh. I'm downloading it now.

Have you tried removing the battery and putting it back on? If the phone is still unstable and keeps on rebooting, I would suggest sending it to repair. You can check on Nokia Support for your local repair center.

Highly unlikely. You might get some bug fixes but it's doubtful any more major updates will be released.

This update process is appauling, and has done Nokia's reputation a great deal of damage.
Previous customers simply give up on an update and move on to their next device, which will often be a competitor device.
Just roll out the updates, and don't wait for the supplier to authorise this, most of them cannot be bothered, such as Tescos 059C951 and should not be selling phones if they won't support them properly.
