Hi michaels, kerttu, skyee and team,

I just wanted to thank you for your help - a very nice support guy called me yesterday after I sent you an e-mail. He directed me to a care point (which I wanted to avoid, but I see there's no other way). He called the care point too, so they knew exactly what to do when I went there today.

I have Belle and it's fantastic! My product code is still the same swap code though. But never mind. I hope I can install minor updates despite that, should you make available any later.
