Still waiting for an answer on Nokia 500 059G7C8. Neither the phone, nor Nokia Suite is finding the update. It's supposed to be available according to the availability page.
Can someone please verify. Thanks.

I dont understand if wsap code phone were able to upgrade to anna then why not belle.
Nokia care is responsible for repair and changing it to SWAP code. It means that when our phone were under warrenty they repaired but didnot restored to original configuration. Now they say you have to pay for the update. This is 100% cheating. Shame on Nokia.

Over 2 weeks gone now and still waiting for approval for UK product code 059H316 not tied to any operator even though all other uk variants have been approved. I swear 'waiting for approval' is another excuse for 'can't be bothered to create software for that one'!

@monty_0309
If you have a swap code you need to contact Nokia care center and they should be able to change your product code to the original one so you can get your updates like anyone else.
I sent an email on Thursday the 9th as advised earlier in this post on Monday the 13th I had a reply from the NCC in my country which I replied to on Tuesday morning, within 30 minutes I had a reply on that email and within another 30 minutes or so I had a prepaid post note with UPS attached to my email so all I had to do was call them to arrange a pickup, I had the pickup made on Friday, and today (wed 22nd) I got a mail that my phone is reflashed to correct productcode and updated with belle software, expecting to get the phone back on Friday.
