Hi Nokia Team,

Am using Nokia 603. Its good with its features but want some few updates to match today's needs. The Video Playback is awesome..In certain videos especially in mkv formats the video doesnt have an audio support. Some mp4 and avi files doesnt play. Also, FLV files are not working out. It does not say much for Nokia that 7 days down the line the update site still says that the 059G4Q6 update is available, they cannot even be bothered to change the status and let folks know it's been delayed again

I got the new Nokia Suite installed in my PC and Laptop,

I tried upgrading to belle through my laptop where the option is available, but the connection is slow

I tried updating through my PC, but i dont see the software update for belle available

Hi Gerbaum and karl020,

your product codes 059H112 and 059B6D7 are so-called SWAP codes that will not receice Nokia Belle update via Nokia Suite.

In order for you to get this rectified and get the Nokia Belle update you will need to contact your local Nokia care line where they will handle this for you. Service bulletins have been issued to the Care network reiterating the correct method of dealing with swaps.
