Does it actually mean that if code is among swamp we need to find some nokia care center to update to belle? no other chanses? how to find that nokia care then?

Thank you for reply, i found one repair center related to Nokia in 100km from where i live , but will they do it for free there? I mean should i pay smth if i want to install Belle in care center?

i have a nokia e7 with product code 059H112 and am unable to update my os from anna to belle, i have already updated my Nokia suite to the latest version and i always get the info that my software is up to date.

Currently I  am not receiving any new update for my phone, I haven't been able to update my phone sense early 2011. Only now I have noticed about the Belle update , tried updating.. No joy. The update isn't showing up on the Ovi Suit. I've tried checking for it by refreshing, no joy there either. I have reset the phone etc as well...

I don't know what to do, I don't feel like sending off the phone as I need it for people to contact me.

What does SWAP in availability information mean. My C7 prod.Code no. is 059B899. it has been such a long time since Belle was released but why is it stil not availble for my C7 ?

It's an internal product code number only for use by Nokia service centres that was left on your phone by accident when it was returned to you after a service.

You need to take it back to the service centre and get them to change it to what your product code really should be, then update.

Im from philippines and i had my N8 almost 2 yrs. and last year february, I heard about this update belle for my N8,. tried to call nokia center & tried to check on nokia suite/ovi suit every week for the update but its almost a year now and I haven't yet updated it to Belle.. I also check for the availability of the updates here but its negative..

my product code is  :  059B663..

im running out of patience here. pls do remind us if you'll still be update to belle for this code or not..
