I have Nokia 500 Model 059J8T8 but i cannot update my phone to Belle. All i get is " No software updates available". Please help! I don't know some people can update their Nokia 500 to Belle and i can't??

Can you help me to check code 059G0H5 of c6-01 phone?I'm come from Viet Nam,while all sym^3 phone in Viet Nam now update available but only C6-01 code 059G0H5 still not update and have statue"software under creation".Now,i'm still waiting Nokia Belle.........Thankyou so much.

I have emailed to support few days ago and yesterday they called me for arrangement at Nokia Care of my choice. everything went smoothly because of this special arrangement. If i just walk in maybe the counter staff dont have any idea what is the problem or wont accept it. Because when I describe my problem, they seem quite lost.

Maybe local nokia customer care is less aware of current issue among customers. Anyway, kudos to micheal, skyee, and kerttu and also other support team for their marvelous job considering the number of people that inquire them for this support..

my phone is updated to Belle now and I am really satisfied with this update. Thank you again

Hi kerrtu I've sent countless messages now and it's Been 10 days since the update has come out and not one person has replied or attempted to rectify or do something about my product code. I live in south Africa and i have an n8. My product code is 059D2N9. I Trust That you Will Look into this asap before i have to take this complaint to a higher level

I am unable to update my Nokia E7 (a SWAP device for my N900).

The first list of phone and status was in 8-Feb , form then till now the status of my phone is the same 059G4Q2 - Under investigation.how come?i got my phone unbranded,why i still have to wait so much?Why is it so difficult to release the update?how much time do i have to wait?

My Nokia 500 has Product Code 059J8T8 but it's not in the list posted above by kerttu. Can someone please confirm if the Belle update will be available for my product code? My country is Mauritius.

Hi kerttu it was announced that Nokia Belle will first have N8, E7, X7, C7, ... so after a few weeks and Nokia 500 but some who have Nokia 500 have it Nokia Belle before I get it on my E7 so how much time it will be like that for 059D0R3 (Republic of Macedonia)
