Hi, Skype was listed as non compatible. Is this true? If so when can we expect to have a compatible version. Without this I cannot update.

Well i read you pm to me, and then read Skyees post, neither of which really explained why Australia and a few other countries are not getting the update
The carriers all know of it, but havent seen it to test it, at least thats what they are saying. Which can only leave to us think that nokia just decide that we werent worth it. So what is Nokia side of it?
Why is it so hard to provide the update to us?

AUSTRALIA we must have the worset nokia sales that they don't think it is worth giving us a update
mind you i rather my nokia N8 over andriod and iphone and i'm apple supoter all the way with my mac book
i might just go back to i phone once omy contracts up
jsut a shame that it's a really good update that we have to miss out for some reasion that they can't tell us

still not managing to update the phone to belle ![]()
what have i tried so far:
- reinstalling nokia suite 3.3.86
- removing nokia from device list on computer, reconnected phone so it was installed new
- on connection with device is broken message, did the 3 steps (now more times then i can count), waited 15 mins before doing the 3 steps as stated in the faq.
so far nothing happening, do get alot of the connecting disconnecting sounds of the usb device. And at some points the phone restarts, but not continueing the installation. Getting a bit frustrated here
what can i do.

Nokia Australia is pretty bad with their service.
I got some BH-505 headphones and they stopped working after i started to sweat when using even though they're sweat proof. I called Nokia to see if i could somehow reset them, all i was told was "send them back".
I dont even know if it was a one off and the replacement ones will work or if i should get a refund.
Im not surprised we get no update for software releases.

Well i see no point in keeping my x7 if I get no belle update in Australia, i rather have my money back and get a belle phone or another phone form another company or together. You might of well of said, all but these "" countrys will get it.
Nokia this is a really bad move, you promised everyone using those phones will get nokia belle, yet you won’t even brother or give us a real reason. You will find me returning my phone and not buying form you again if this is the case.
