The Software update function on the phone (N8-00) says there is an update but says to update via the computer but the Nokia Suite says there is no update

Hi peterc1962, do you have Nokia Suite 3.3.86 installed? You can use Nokia Suite 3.3.86 to update your phone to Nokia Belle, when Nokia Belle is available for your device. 

In Nokia Suite, use Tools -> Software updates.

Hi Samuli, yes I have Nokia Suite 3.3.86 installed and checked on there but Nokia suite says no update available. When checking in the update service on the phone and going to info of what is available it says Version 111.030.0609.

Check with the latest PC Suite Installed brother...!!!

Install the latest version of the Nokia Suite and check in software updates...!!!
Press refresh in the updates menu and u will see the update...!!!
I have a C6-01, currently downloading the update with a size of 302mb..!!!

At first I did not get the update but I tried the refresh about 3 times, and the update popped up..!!!

@ torchraj : No Bro, nothing helped me in that case. Tried refreshing numerous times and even restarted phone.

Am bit worried on my product code being to be 059C5W6 

Hope to find the update. However, i had skipped ANNA service pack update. Could that be the reason for not triggering updates...???
