i make update software to 11.65
after update used nokia Browser but Asked me for new Update Browser
and done update browser than after update nokia browser not working never make set fectory and reinstall software And still And still the problem

I also have Nokia Asha 200
It's been 4 months, but there is no solution from nokia for this browser problem, i have recently updated my phone with latest firmware 11.64, But they just improve performance and stablity not the Browser issue.
Help us Nokia People or be useless support.

Hey,
There is a known issue updating the browser (and other preinstalled apps) with Nokia Suite at the moment, so in case the browser breaks when you did the "in-app update", reinstalling the device SW with Nokia Suite will not solve the problem. The issue is being investigated and should be hopefully solved in the next SW release. So unfortunately the only solution I can advice at the moment is to take the phone to a service point to be reflashed. Or alternatively, use e.g. Opera Mini while waiting for the issue to be fixed: http://store.ovi.com/content/46870

Hey,
my understanding is that the device does not support video streaming. Though I what I found out when comparing Asha 202 and Asha 200 is that on Asha 202 there was a popup message indicating this ("Sorry. You can only download videos with this phones. This website uses video streaming."), but on Asha 200 there was no similar message, which seems like a possible bug. I will try to check the situation with this.

NOkia Browser not working after browser update, my phone is 3 months old, I emailed to nokia they asked me to reinstall device software using nokia suite, i followed each step as instructed, but no change, on reporting back to nokia they asked me to go to nokia care, but this is certainly a software issue, which could easily be inspected and rectified by nokia by releasing updated device software, visiting nokia care is not a solution for busy professionals like us for this software problem.
Nokia are you hearing ?

Here are the steps that you can try:
1. Restore the factory settings of your phone. Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Settings only, if prompted to enter a security code or lock code use 12345 unless changed.
If the first reset didn't resolve the issue try this:
2. Perform a master reset. Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Restore All, if prompted to enter a security code or lock code use 12345 unless changed.
Note: Before doing any kind of reset create a back up first to avoid deletion of data.
