Nokia C7-00 start-up failed

I bought a new Nokia C7-00 but now it is failing to start.


I was using the phone since yesterday and today during a call the mobile hanged and I had to switch it off and restart. After restart it is not working, after the NOKIA logo at start up I get the message "Phone start-up failed. Contact the retailer"
The handset was bought in a Nokia shop in China on 19/08/2011. What should I do.

Same thing happened to me but thank God now its solved

Here's the solution

Hold Menu Key,Volume Down Key,Camera Key and press the switch on button (power button) and when your phone vibrates release the switch on button (power button) and keep holding the Menu Key,Volume Down Key,Camera Key and wait for a while and your phone will be as good as new
